My TV flashes on and off on a boot screen, and resetting the TV doesn't solve the problem. Hisense told me I need to get a firmware update from Roku, but I need my Roku TV model number to get that update. The Roku TV model number is not printed on the TV, but it is in the TV settings. However, I can't access my TV's settings because my TV won't turn on properly. I checked the developers site and tried all the Roku TV model numbers listed there, but none of them worked. Can anyone tell me what model Roku TV came with the Hisense 55R7E?
