I'm connected..... But nothing works

My TCL will connect to the internet and my personal hotspot with excellent signals, but when u use an app it says it is not connected. I don't know what is wrong with the tv. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried rebooting your wireless networking as well as your TV to see if that resolves your issue? Is the issue happening on a specific channel or does this happen on all channels that you are trying to watch content on?

Mine is doing the same thing. Internet is connected and strong signal but Netflix and Disney or anything will let me watch. I have factory restart unplugged everything and plugged them all back in.
