I have a roku tv and the remote won’t work. The tv turns on manually. Has new batteries and they are in correctly.

Test the remote by pressing a key while pointing at your cellphone camera, if you see flashes it's emitting IR commands and should be controlling the tv.

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

If the issue persists, please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to their support team to report the issue and get help.
