Mine started doing the same thing only 1yr after purchasing it!! It wouldn’t get off that screen at all for several days so I purchased a new TV, a non Roku this time, & while waiting for it to be shipped I decided to try to turn it on again & it worked! It will still flip to that screen tho every once in a while which is so annoying! I’m still gonna replace it with my new TV & give this one to my 6yo granddaughter since technically it still works but how frustrating to buy a new TV & have it do that? What are they doing to have this fixed?!!?

Someone logged in as a g guest I put a pin in and log out and all I do is go back to the red screen try to reboot it factory set it and it's not working what am I doing wrong if I'm plugged it put it in different plugins trying to re factory reset it nothing's working what am I doing wrong help please
