My Roku TV will not download any apps and gives me a fail to download message. I tried to factory reset it and immediately received a call from a linnen number? from some scammers asking for a one time purchase to reinstall it. Now nothing will download on my TV and I still receive a fail to download message. Before all this none of my app channels, such as Netflix or Hulu would play and I would receive a fail message with no way to resolve it. Please help.
First off, when you go to Settings > System > About, is the email address displayed the correct email for your Roku account?
