I use parental control because my neighbors kept hacking my wifi.  I just changed it a couple of days ago and I cant remember what it is.

Do I have to do a factory reset?

30 Sep 22- I reset my pin but that did not assist me with resetting my parental control pin.  I tried to call and the system disconnected me.  I need assistance with this asap.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Are you trying to change the parental PIN for a specific channel? 

Please be aware that some channels have parental features and services specific to their channel. It's possible that you may need to contact the channel provider for further assistance.
