I just bought a TCL Roku TV on Thursday, and it has a humming sound coming from the back if the TV whenever I turn it on.  The sound does not stop when I hit mute. I am really upset because I just had to throw away a Roku TV because it just stopped working, and now my brand new one already has problems. Please help. Thank you.

We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? We'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
