For the last 48 hours, my TCL Roku tv has not been able to stream Hulu Live or Netflix. I get an error that says “No connection. Connect to the Internet now, or set it up later At: Settings > Network > Check connection.
My WiFi is working fine. I’ve reached out to both hulu and my WiFi provider who both said it must be a tv thing. Connection test says good/excellent.
Everything was working fine until yesterday. Help!!

Is Hulu the only channel that you observe this issue with? It's possible there may be an issue within the channel itself that the service provider will need to investigate.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
