How to turn off action smoothing in a smart TV with Roku built in?

Just purchased a TCL 55" 4K tv from Best Buy (model 55R625).  It's nice, but the motion blur while watching something on Hulu, Amazon, or Sling is noticeable.

Question: how do I turn off the action smoothing, so that it natively plays at 25 or 30 fps?

I can't seem to find this in the system settings or anywhere.

It appears to be Roku system model A109x, with build: 9.22 (6116-88).

Thanks for any help!

Re: How to turn off action smoothing in a smart TV with Roku built in?

Thank you for sharing that.  After reading it, it does work on changing the settings for something that is an input (such as a streaming box or game console).

As a follow up, how might I change the action smoothing/motion blur within the smart TV itself?  The Roku built-in to the smart TV is nice, but I don't see an option for this within the smart TV itself (if there is such an option).  Many thanks for any suggestions.
