How to get Roku model numbers for Sharp TV?

My Sharp TV Model CL-65Q7300U went Tang Uniform and only shows the (SHARP ROKU TV) on the screen and never comes up. Roku is not fielding phone calls for tech support so I am trying to get the information needed to download the latest firmware to see if that fixes the issue. Does anyone know with out being able to get into the TV settings where the 4 digit and one letter Roku model number is? Any help is greatly appreciated!

@scout77

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried performing a factory reset on your TV to see if that resolves the issue. When performing a factory reset, please make sure to press and hold down the reset button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on the screen.

For more information about how to perform a factory reset, visit our Support page here: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?

Please keep us posted.

Thanks,
Danny

Thanks for the update.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, have you tried looking on the back of the TV to see if there is any model information there?

Please keep us posted.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: How to get Roku model numbers for Sharp TV?

Hi Danny,

I checked for model number and serial number, But they don't work for Roku Serial Number.

I have a 65" Sharp - Roku TV:  65A6107UWR (0001)

Model Number: LC-65Q7300U

Serial Number:  65G182902H01054

The only other numbers are: G182902 which looks like Serial Number.

Thanks
Bill

Re: How to get Roku model numbers for Sharp TV?

Hi Danny,
This is what is stopping me from getting USB Update: USB Update Step 1 of 4 Choose your TV brand = Sharp
Roku Model Number The Roku Model Number can be found on the Settings > System > About screen on the Roku TV. It’s four numbers and a letter.
Serial Number The Serial Number can be found on the Settings > System > About screen on your Roku TV. Enter the 12 numbers or letters from the line starting with 'Serial number' KYC88N507317 ?
I can't find The Roku Serial Number (4 Numbers and 1 Letter.
Thank You

Re: How to get Roku model numbers for Sharp TV?

Hi Danny,

Sorry I reached max PM's

I made it further. Stopped here:

Step 3 of 4

1. Plug the USB drive into your Roku TV.

2. Take the 12-digit code shown on your TV, and type it in below.

YN00NW507317
Oops! That didn't work.

Also tried to use SN on TV and it did the same.

Thanks
