My Sharp TV Model CL-65Q7300U went Tang Uniform and only shows the (SHARP ROKU TV) on the screen and never comes up. Roku is not fielding phone calls for tech support so I am trying to get the information needed to download the latest firmware to see if that fixes the issue. Does anyone know with out being able to get into the TV settings where the 4 digit and one letter Roku model number is? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks for the post.
Have you tried performing a factory reset on your TV to see if that resolves the issue. When performing a factory reset, please make sure to press and hold down the reset button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on the screen.

Hi Danny,
I checked for model number and serial number, But they don't work for Roku Serial Number.
I have a 65" Sharp - Roku TV: 65A6107UWR (0001)
Model Number: LC-65Q7300U
Serial Number: 65G182902H01054
The only other numbers are: G182902 which looks like Serial Number.
Thanks
Bill
