Is this Streambar both for Streaming and Cable TV. Like stream Roku on on one TV Input then watch Cable TV on another Input?

It's a sound bar. Works like any other sound bar. Except it's also a Roku. It replaces a soundbar and separate Roku, all in one device.
It works best if connected to an HDMI/ARC port.
