We have only had the TV for a year and 16 days. This started a few days ago. Any suggestions?

The issue you are experiencing may be related to a hardware issue. 

Have you tried contacting Westinghouse support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.

There are horizontal lines running down the tv, about midway, then it starts back at the top again. They aren't standstill, it's like a waterfall effect.

Could you tell us a bit more about what the problem is that you're running into? What Roku model device are you using? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue? What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

i tried changing the T-con board but it turned out it was not the problem
