Hi
brought hisense smart Roku tv
can not add the apps for catch up tv not there , the only way I can watch bbc iplayer if the red button appears on tv when programme on but if press on remote nothing
if i go into Freeview play menu it takes me to channel 100 but if try to play itv it just goes back to home screen
i have checked for updates and restarts and even factory reset still nothing
it is annoying brought this tv earliar in year and have to watch catch up on phone

It sounds like you may have created a Roku account that isn't located in your current region. If channels in your region are not available, it may indicate that your device is linked to an account that was created in a different region where that channel may not be offered by the channel provider. You'll want to make sure that you are using an internet connection located in the correct region when creating your account. i managed to find them now in menu on guide list
now I am have another problem if you could help
live tv shows on Home Screen with the picture and programme but will not show on main big screen it saids off air or no signal
but we have over 150 channels , signal fine and as said shows programme in Home Screen thanks
