Hisense Roku keeps rebooting itself.

This tv about a week ago started rebooting by itself.  From what I've read on here, it's a common problem!  My tv is 4 years and 2 months old.  This will definitely be the last Roku and Hisense tv that I buy!!!

Yes, I did all the suggestions to fix it.  DIDNT WORK!!!

Re: Hisense Roku keeps rebooting itself.

My tv started acting up 3weeks ago by shutting off the TV and going back to just the aps.  Then less than a week ago, it started rebooting every 15 to 20 minutes.  Yesterday,  it kept rebooting over and over and wouldn't stop.  After about 20 minutes,  it finally went back to the aps in order for me to finally be able to shut it off.  Today, it stayed on for less than 4 minutes before it started rebooting yet again.

I tried unplugging it, checking for updates, factory reset and deleting aps and reinstalling them.  Nothing helped!

So, today, I went and bought a VIZIO 65"TV.

By the way, that tv was only 4 years old!!  It should NOT have died already!!!

Re: Hisense Roku keeps rebooting itself.

That’s frustrating! Maybe try a factory reset or contact support.
