@RokuDanny-R @Thank you for your reply. I removed the apps (Disney+) didn’t even give the option of deleting, reset the TV, added the apps back, and they STILL won’t launch. Please see the requested info below:

when I try to launch Hulu, Disney+, and the Roku Channel, the Home Screen for each channel comes up, then it pops right back to the MAIN Home Screen for the TV

To recreate the issue, simply try to launch the channels

How do you add a channel back after deleting it?
I can see all the streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, etc). I can even go to YouTube and y'all of the thumbnails. When I click to play a video I have audio only. If I fast forward I can see the current frame and frame preview but when it come.to playing the video the screen goes blank.
Nintendo Switch and Xbox are just completely blacked out, no audio.
