Hisense Roku TV purchased games

I recently purchased games from roku channel store and they are not showing up on my channel list. I have restarted the roku tv, I have done numerous system updates and still the game(s) do not show up.

What more can I do?

Thanks for the update.

If you purchased the games online through the Roku Channel Store, please be aware that channels will only show up on the Home screen of your Roku TV/devices if the channel supports those devices.

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried searching for those games directly through your Roku TV? If you do not see those games, it's likely that those channels do not support your Roku TV.

Yes. They are not on my home screen. Also, my Roku TV is 8217x And my Hisense model is 40H4030. My software version is 9.3.2 and I am rrunning build 4192-90

I performed the system update. The channels are still not available.
