Re: Hisense 65" Roku TV - no volume, headphone symbol appears

I tried everything, including factory reset.  I also tried your suggestion with switching the audio, but unfortunately that did not work.

I called Hisense, and they said it is probably a hardware problem and since I have had the tv for 18 months, I am out of warranty.  They said to contact Roku.  I did.  Roku said it's a hardware problem and to contact Hisense.  So basically I now need to buy a new tv unless I want to continue listening through the Roku app on my phone.

I cannot understand how a perfectly good tv stops working after you plug headphones in.  How exactly does the hardware break after plugging in headphones for 1 hour?

@dblchocmint

Thanks for the post.

Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.

You would need to contact Hisense for further assistance with your issue.

Thanks,
Danny
