Hayu internal error 0000_0000_0000

Can't get into Hayu on my Roku tv anymore. It works on my other tv with Apple. I have checked for an app update,  checked internet connection and canceled the subscription to try to add it back, but my subscription is good til Jan 28, 2023. See error code pic

Since that error is coming from Hayu and not Roku, have you tried contacting them?
