Have a smart Roku TV but no internet service yet - can I add antenna and reach local tv?

My wifi account is delayed but want to watch basic tv stations using antenna - can I ever add hd antenna before I connect Roku smart tv wia wifi?

Yes. You can hook it up, scan and watch TV. However, you'll need internet access for the TV guide.
