Has any else experienced Roku nonexistent customer service

i could not get an answer about resetting the tv PIN from Roku. I changed it online. Didn’t effect the tv. Had to do a full reset. 
Roku customer support is terrible. DO NOT FORGET YOUR TV PIN

Hi Clay, we wanted to check in with you to see if your device is working properly after the factory reset, along with if your PIN is working? If your TV is still not requesting the PIN, please DM us so we can try to reset it on our side.
