I bought my 50” tv last week, I set up the settings and it worked fine, then didn’t use it for about a week and did not touch it at all. Today I opened it and half of the screen aint working (it’s either the other half upside down or its just black) I tried to reset it and that didnt work… what should i do??

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
