HDMI mode missing

I bought a Roku 4K tv and the box said it’s capable of displaying 4K but when I go to HDMI inputs, I can’t find the HDMI mode anywhere to set my tv to 4K. I have the right cables and everything. Anyone know what the issue is

Roku doesn't make the TVs.  They're made by TCL, Onn, Hisense, etc.  The brand may make a difference.  Some TVs don't support 4k content on all of the HDMI inputs.  I don't believe there's any mode setting - it's automatic.
