I’ve tried looking up how to fix it and I’ve done everything. I did a factory reset, changed hdmi ports, changed hdmi cables, and messed with the picture settings. Whenever I try and use my Xbox and set the picture size to auto it will not go full screen. This is a new problem and happened just recently.

Were you experiencing this issue before or did this just occur? Have you tried changing the video settings on your XBOX to see if that helps? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

This issue just occurred, I have tried changing the video settings in the TV and the Xbox

Can you tell me what picture settings you have already tried and can you provide a screenshot of your XBOX settings that you are currently using?
