Great Courses

I've been being kicked off of Great Courses Plus on Roku, three to four times a lecture. I tried the solution of removing the channel, resetting the system and putting the channel back on.  Did not work. Checked for software update. Hadn't been updated since 5/7 even though the previous screen said it's updated daily. Ran the update and was able to play through one lecture without being kicked off. Progress. We'll see what the evening brings, when more people are streaming. Fingers crossed!!!

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. We would recommend reaching out to The Great Courses Plus' support team directly to report the issue and for further help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
