@CharlieH01 What brand is the TV? I would reach out to the customer service for that manufacturer (Onn, Hisense, TCL) directly unless it is a Roku owned brand TV. Unfortunately, you likely have a screen going out and unless you are still under warranty from the manufacturer, you will have to try to get repaired or replace it.
