Getting Phonak tv connector to work after hooking up wireless roku speakers.

Changed setup got rid of receiver added Roku wireless speakers and sub woofer.  Phonak TV connector worked fine before.   Now it doesn't.

The Roku wireless speakers only work with Roku tv's, Roku Soundbar, or Roku Streambars.

Roku speakers are working phonak TV connector still plugged in to TV optical connector but its like optical connector is not letting sound through.

Optical cable not seated right? Optical cable is bad, its only made of glass, they do crack if bent too far. Try another cable?
