Element TV Dimmed

My Element Roku Tv is dimmed and I have the brightness set to “brighter”. I’ve unplugged and plugged back in. My TV has been like this for weeks and do not know how to fix it.

This seems like this may be a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting Element support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
