Don’t have remote to setup reset tv

My insigna Roku tv was lagging( I couldn’t switch inputs with the only button on the tv like usual) so I reset the tv and now it’s stuck on the let’s get started screen. I can’t choose language because I don’t have a controller. I only have a fire stick tv remote…

Welcome to the Roku Community!

You will need first a remote to set up your Roku TV. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS. 

In addition, Insignia Roku TV remotes are solely manufactured by Insignia. They'll be the best ones to help regarding your issue.
