I have a TCL roku tv. All of a sudden my screen has a dark contrast on it, but it's only during playback and live tv. Home screen and even loading screens of streaming apps etc are completely normal. I did a reset of all audio and picture settings and that did not work. What would this be? Everything I have googled is about a black screen. My screen is not black just a dark contrast. If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible that this may be related to a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
