Hi my TV was crashing from Hulu, so I tried suggested steps to fix. Tried unplugging, hard reset, etc ...
Fixed temporarily. Then started crashing in YouTube TV and Netflix (I dont have regular cable)
Crash = Shuts off, then restarts. Sometimes, it would not stay on at all. Sometimes it would.
Did Factory Reset - deleted all apps and data. Now, TV starts - but EVERY TIME I get to the "Choose Network" screen it shuts down and reboots.
I can leave it on the "Choose language" screen forever, its stays on .. .when I navigate forward and get to the "Choose Network" screen, it crashes.
I assume this is broken beyond repair - but, figured I'd check here in case you have a suggestion.
I have video I can share if you want to send me an upload link.
Eveything else in the house on the Wifi works fine
Hi @WillowDog
Welcome to the Roku Community!
How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port, or is it plugged into the wall outlet with the provided cables? In addition, have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV as well as trying your device on another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue?
Keep us posted if you have any further queries that we can assist with.
Warm Regards,
Lianna
It's a Hisense TV with Roku built in.
You can see what it is doing here (this is after a hard factory reset):
