Constantly having to reactivate tv

I have had to do a "reactive" tv 3 times in the last week! It's becoming a huge pain. I have taken it to help chat and it clearly showed for A ROKU TV the person asked if I tried another HDMI port....ITS NOT A ROKU STICK ITS A STUPID TV! I just want to know why it's constantly doing this because this is about to be thrown out because I'm not going to keep reactivating a stupid tv every 2-4 days for no reason if they won't even help me fix this issue if there even is an actual issue other than it being a cheap piece of **bleep**!
