Roku TVs or Roku devices connected to tvs?

Roku devices do not turn off - they are powered up whenever plugged in, although when not actually streaming they use very little power.  You'd need to devise a way to cut power to all of them.  If they are not all powered from a single circuit that you can shut off -- perhaps using wifi controlled smart plugs.

To clarify I am speaking about Roku tv’s. From what I have read thus far they seem to respond to wake on lan commands in fast startup mode. Just wondering if there was a script or something that could power them all on or off at once. Would make life a whole lot easier .

Wake on LAN requires a "magic packet" that includes the MAC address of the device you're trying to wake.  You could easily create a script of some sort that sends multiple magic packets, but there's not one single packet that could be sent to turn on multiple devices.
