Channel Availability

I got a Hisense 40" Roku HDTV, TCL 32" Roku HDTV and a Roku Express and the TCL and Roku Express can not add any channels either. It is not a networking issue because I contacted Roku technical support yesterday and I talked with three representatives and they told me to create a new Roku account using a different email address which I did and my Roku HDTVs and device can not add any channels at this time. Something is wrong with the Roku network itself. Please fix this problem ASAP!

Since you reported this several days ago, is it still happening? I did a factory reset on my Ultra today and was able to completely reload all my channels, so it appears to be working.
