Certain video games not wanting to play audio

Hey, I’m having a problem with my roku TCL. I’m trying to play videos on my system, PlayStation 3 to be exact, some games have the audio working some games do not, and whenever I start any game, a static sound erupts from the tv speakers. The static noise happens to all the games I load in, but some games just don’t want to have the audio working. Any way I can fix this?

Have you tied using external speakers such as a soundbar? If the internal TV speakers are no good you need to try another means of listening to verify what the noise is. Also try another HDMI port and cable
