I have a TCL TV with built in Roku functionality. I’m able to use the Roku app, so I can confirm I am on the correct network. However casting isn’t working on any of my apps. Not YouTube, not Disney plus. Nothing I’ve tried will allow me to cast. Has anyone experienced this problem or know how to fix it? I’ve checked that my phone settings allow for detecting devices on network, and I’ve tried factory resetting the Tv. TIA!

Let's get you up and running. Are you using an iPhone or an Android device? Are you seeing any error messages?
First, try restarting your wireless router, as Screen Mirroring and AirPlay both rely on your wireless network.
