Cannot get audio from freeview tuner (TV) source to stream bar even though all HDMI-CEC is enabled

I have followed all instructions regarding HDMI-CEC even changed my tv and Roku streamer But I cannot get Audio from my TV to streamer if I choose TV as source. I have to change my speaker settings back to TV which totally defeats the object of this box. I even bought a new tv thinking I had a faulty HDMI ARC port but no. Extremely disappointed in this box. Any pointers please.

Thanks for the post.

How are you connecting your Roku Streambar to your TV? In addition, have you made sure that the HDMI-CEC and ARC are enabled on your TV?
