So, I have a TCL Roku tv and have had the Roku wireless speakers for a while and really like them. Over the holidays, I ordered the Roku streambar pro as well as the subwoofer to expand my audio system. I received the streambar today and things immediately went downhill as soon as I tried to install it. It does not want to work with the speakers at all. If I set up the streambar, sound comes out of it but the speakers disappear. Once I reset the speakers and pair them again with the TV, the sound only comes out of the speakers and not the streambar (although it still shows the streambar as connected and even shows the streambar icon instead of the speakers when I change the volume even though sound is exclusively coming out of the wireless speakers). I’ve tried rebooting and repairing everything multiple times as well as playing around with audio settings. Sound comes out of both products, but not at the same time. Any idea what is going on here? I’m about ready to just return the new products and stick with just the wireless speakers. 🤦🏼♀️
