Cannot connect phone to Roku TV

I’ve just moved and now I’ve found myself unable to stream from my phone to the TV, I have googled and tried everything suggested. It’s not just the single app, it’s all apps including Roku. Nothing will connect.

Both are 100% connected to the same wireless network, I have restarted both my phone and the TV (including restoring the tv to factory settings and deleting and reinstalling the apps)

When I try to manually enter the IP address to manually connect, it says it is unable to recognise it. I’m not sure what is wrong, I’ve tried everything. 

The only difference is the WiFi provider but I have looked in the settings and cannot see what could be wrong; the WiFi provider is BT smart hub 2. All recommendations welcome, someone help, I miss my app streaming!
