Can't receive code on my television?

Today everyone I just recently purchased a TLC Roku TV I set up my account online I activated the TV the internet is the same as my mobile phone I've been waiting for about 45 minutes for a code to pop up and if I don't get anything help please do I need to purchase my own Wi-Fi order to be able to receive a code and get my TV going.

Thanks for the post.

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku TV.

I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if your Roku TV will generate an activation code. Then once your device has been activated and setup, try switching back to your home wireless network.
