Can’t pair my Streambar with Cox Contour Remote XR15-RF. Need help

I recently got the Roku stream bar and got it working on my Samsung TV with only minimal issues. It is hooked up through the optical connection because my TV does not have an ARC connection. My problem is I cannot get my Cox contour voice remote to pair with the stream bar. It worked just fine with my previous sound bar. But I can’t even get it to give me a code to input. Has anybody else been able to pair their stream bar with the Contour remote XR 15 – RF?

If that remote is made by UEI, try code 3061 or 03061 for Roku? And if it accepts advanced codes or efc's, which are 5-digit codes for individual functions like Streambar volume. 00134 is vol up, 00136 is vol down, and 00140 is mute. Only UEI made remotes use efc's. And UEI makes a lot of cable oem remotes. I just don't know if they make yours? 😞
