I recently signed up for my free 30 days of HBO Max, and changed my password. HBO Max only ever gave me a black screen, so I've removed it. BUT---at the same time, shows on the other apps I purchase (BritBox and Acorn) won't play. When I click on a show on one of those sites and ask it to play, the screen goes gray and nothing at all happens. Netflix, which I don't purchase separately, does play, as does DirecTV. I have unplugged the device and it doesn't help. Any suggestions, please? Do I need somehow to confirm the changed password with Britbox and Acorn?

Have you tried removing the affected channels and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channels and then re-installing them may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.
