They're sending the link code by text recently, not having it show up on-screen. If you don't have an account yet, scroll way down on any page in this forum click on the purple Roku at the bottom, go to account if you don't set it up.

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can setup and activate your Roku TV. Once your Roku TV has been setup, then try switching back to your home wireless network.
