Can I Remove the "Live TV" Icon From the Home Screen?

Jump to solution

Hi.  I just got a Roku TV (by element) and got it set up and working.  However, I do not have an antenna or a cable -- I have a set-top box from my provider (FiOS) and an Apple TV, both connected to the HDMI ports.  I have no use for the "Live TV" button on my home screen, so I'd like to delete it.  How can I do this?

Highlight the Livetv tile on the home screen and press the option * key, there is an option to remove it.

I know how to remove it. But it wants to connect automatically to it when I turn on the TV. How to I stop it from doing that?

Go into settings> system> power> power on> uncheck livetv, and check what screen you do want it to power on to.
