Cable connected but no signal?

Jump to solution

Hi all,

I live in an apartment and connected a coaxial cable into the roku tv in order to get channels. I then searched for channels and got 67 channels to show up, however when I go to live TV. All I get are black screens when I select a channel and "no information" on most of the channels when I view the guide. Does anybody have a fix I can try or should I contact the technicians for the apartment to see if there is a problem with the cable here.

Thanks!

Hi @jianvoma,

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you for letting us know about the trouble you've encountered with the antenna channels on your Roku TV.

For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend to restart your modem and router. After restarting your wireless network connection, please restart your Roku TV by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

Feel free to keep us posted on what you find out, and we'll continue assisting you from there.

All the best,
Chel
