CIK TV Box

I have a CIK TV box but I cant seem to use it in my RCA Roku TV. I’ve connected the hdmi cord and ethernet cable but it cant be read? anyone who has the same issues?

Are you making sure to select the appropriate HDMI input that your device is connected to?

@JustinCampos , I noticed once that changing Roku's HDMI setting from "auto" to 1.4 or 2.0 made a difference. I've forgotten how to get there. Either home>settings>tv inputs. Or, selecting the tile on the home screen and pressing "*" for settings. 

I've seen people say the quality of the HDMI cable can make a difference too.
