Brand now roku TV (NOV 9TH)

So today my brand now Roku tv came in and I do the usual setup for it and when I get to the network settings my TV will not pick up any networks when I complete a network scan and my MAC address is full of zeros someone please help I have called the Roku support hotline and we did a software update and even after that it did not work i dont know what else to do

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
