Bought New Roku voice Pro and Lost Channels

I bought the new Roku Voice Remote Pro on October 12, 2022 and successfully paired it with my TCL TV. However, it will not find all the previous channels we once had. I have updated software, restarted and added channels. If I use the old remote control  it finds and shows all previous channels including lost channels. This is so frustrating. There is nothing in settings that says scan channels. It also automatically takes us to HDMI 3 without prompting it to do so

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Can you provide the tracker IDs for each of the scenarios you are describing (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)?
