Blue lines on TV literally overnight?

I woke up this morning and my TV had these blue lines on it. I'd post a picture if I knew how. They seem like internal damage, but nothing happened to the TV and I just watched it last night and there was nothing there. What could it be?

It doesn't allow me to actually post a photo, it only asks for the properties of the photo I want to post.
