Blinking light on Roku Soundbar

Just purchased sound bar and red light is blinking. I’ve watched set up tutorial and YouTube videos and don’t know how to solve this? USB is in the arc port and power is plugged Into the wall. Reset several times and the light turns green and then blinks red again. I’m plugged into a new LG oled screen.

Roku support is of no help...

Re: Blinking light

So nothing ever displays on the TV screen?  All I can suggest is to try another HDMI port just to see if it's functioning at all.  The ARC port would be best, but it should display something if connected to any HDMI input when you select the appropriate input.  Beyond that, try a different HDMI cable and make sure it's inserted fully.

Re: Blinking light on Roku Soundbar

Same problem. Blinking red light all the time whether I’m actually using it or not. The HDMI is plugged into an ARC port on the TV and power cord is plugged into AC outlet. The sound bar works fine. I’m just wondering if I need to do something about the blinking red light.

Re: Blinking light on Roku Soundbar

Did you enter the wifi credentials into the soundbar? The red light means no internet, it has to have internet to work properly like all roku's.
