I recently purchased the Blast Onn. 5.1 37" Soundbar which comes with 2 surround sound speakers and a subwoofer and nothing is connecting. I've manually put the soundbar, subwoofer and surround speaker into pairing mode and my 50" Onn. 4k UHD Roku TV won't pair with them. The TV has stated that it could only connect the soundbar and subwoofer but I can't use the surround speakers alongside the other 2 so I've already disconnected those, yet I'm still having issues.

We recommend that you contact your soundbar manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support and see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV/soundbar manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
